Western Union was one of the leading companies for wire funds. However over the pass several months money transfers and poor customer services has lead to a down fall of their company.
So if you are deciding to send/receive money from Western Union don't waste your time.
It is suggested that you use any other services, but avoid Western Union like the plague because they will leave you angry and very upset.
