Terrence Mercadal - Killer Cop that Murdered Stephon Clark

WEST SACRAMENTO CA (IFS) -- There is a reason that the police department use "Black and White" units to help to deescalate situations.  It was Officer Mercadal's duty to help to restore law and order to the problem at hand.  It appears that he was part of the solution to opening fire on Stephon Clark taking his life.

The punishment was greater then the crime.

Officer Mercadal's life is being threaten by the general public for his misdeeds and not stepping up, as it should be.  Mercadal and his partner Jared Robinet became the judge, jury and executioner without due process of law.  They escalated the situation and gave Clark "No Quarter" - not even waiting -- and just shooting him.

Sacramento Police Killer Cops - Lie on Report of Stephon Clark Murder - Shot in his Back 8 times

(CNN)An independent autopsy shows that Stephon Clark was shot by Sacramento police eight times, and six of those wounds were in his back, according to Dr. Bennet Omalu, the forensic pathologist retained by Clark's family to conduct a separate autopsy.
Clark also received a gunshot wound to his side and another to his left thigh, Omalu said.
Clark's death was "not instantaneous," Omalu told reporters, estimating the father of two died between 3 to 10 minutes after being shot.

"You could reasonably conclude that he received seven gunshot wounds from his back," Omalu said. Each of those bullets possessed "a fatal capacity," he said.
"Meaning that, out of all the seven, all he needed to have died was just one of the seven."

As Laura Ingraham's Television Career Goes Down In Flames - She begans her "Dribble" out of sight and out of mind

WEST SACRAMENTO CA (IFS) -- It only took 22 plus hours for Laura Ingraham to "Get It" after bullying the young David Hogg, who targeted her advertisers, and now they are dropping from her show like flies dying from Raid Insect Spray.

Ingraham's late apology that came on "Holy Week" to the Parkland Shooting victims was too little, too late.  It appears, that she was never going to issue an apology -- only because it was "Holy Week".  Other than that, she was going to take a pass.

By insulting all of those future consumers of their products, the sponsors will have to let Ms. Ingraham fall on the sword.  Yes, the president of the United States can and will continue to make irate comments and statements that hurt and scare the soul, he will get his "time in the steel cage" when it comes to Special Counselor Mueller and the Vote of 2018.

The next thing, is that one can not match the expert savvy of these young adults when it comes to Social Media, they mastered it, when they were eight years old.  So for us old timers, we will never be able to catch up with these young adults when it comes to spreading the news. They have it down to a science.  Mr. Hogg's reach on this platform is greater then Ms. Ingraham's reach on the boob tube.

The question is,  will Ms. Ingraham weather the storm?  She may.  However, this writer doubt it very much.  She has placed herself right in the middle of a "Bull's Eye", and there are to many social media guns trained on her, and dodging media bullets will not let you out of the fight.

She has mistreated not only the Parkland High School students; but many members of the National Basketball Association (NBA) with her "bullying" attitude.
Fox News host Laura Ingraham is in damage-control mode after her tweet targeting Parkland school shooting survivor David Hogg led to multiple sponsors pulling their ads from her show.
Ingraham, the conservative political commentator who hosts The Ingraham Angle weeknights on Fox News, apologized on Thursday “for any upset or hurt my tweet caused” Hogg, referring to an earlier tweet that mocked the high school senior for getting rejected by four colleges, adding that he “whines about it.”

David Hogg, a student at Parkland’s Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School and an outspoken advocate for stricter gun control laws, fired back at Ingraham’s initial tweet by calling for sponsors to drop their advertisements on her show. As of Thursday morning, multiple sponsors — including TripAdvisor, WayFair and Rachael Ray’s Nutrish pet food brand — had confirmed they would no longer advertise on Ingraham’s show.

Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap - Black bodies have never been anything more than utility for labor and abuse in this country

WEST SACRAMENTO CA (IFS) -- After the American Civil War ended, Blacks having been "freed" suddenly had their occupation changed from SLAVE to shiftless and lazy niggers. Black bodies have never been anything more than utility for labor and abuse in this country.

Equal Justice Initiative's report - Lynching in America

    https://lynchinginamerica.eji.org/report/

In his 1867 annual message to Congress, President Johnson declared that black Americans had “less capacity for government than any other race of people,” that they would “relapse into barbarism” if left to their own devices, and that giving them the vote would result in “a tyranny such as this continent has never yet ...

During the period between the Civil War and World War II, thousands of African Americans were lynched in the United States. Lynchings were violent and public acts of torture that traumatized black people throughout the country and were largely tolerated by state and federal officials. These lynchings were terrorism. “Terror lynchings” peaked between 1880 and 1940 and claimed the lives of African American men, women, and children who were forced to endure the fear, humiliation, and barbarity of this widespread phenomenon unaided.

Lynching profoundly impacted race relations in this country and shaped the geographic, political, social, and economic conditions of African Americans in ways that are still evident today. Terror lynchings fueled the mass migration of millions of black people from the South into urban ghettos in the North and West throughout the first half of the twentieth century.

Lynching created a fearful environment where racial subordination and segregation was maintained with limited resistance for decades. Most critically, lynching reinforced a legacy of racial inequality that has never been adequately addressed in America.

The administration of criminal justice in particular is tangled with the history of lynching in profound and important ways that continue to contaminate the integrity and fairness of the justice system.

In America, there is a legacy of racial inequality shaped by the enslavement of millions of black people. The era of slavery was followed by decades of terrorism and racial subordination most dramatically evidenced by lynching. The civil rights movement of the 1950s and 1960s challenged the legality of many of the most racist practices and structures that sustained racial subordination but the movement was not followed by a continued commitment to truth and reconciliation.

Consequently, this legacy of racial inequality has persisted, leaving us vulnerable to a range of problems that continue to reveal racial disparities and injustice. EJI believes it is essential that we begin to discuss our history of racial injustice more soberly and to understand the implications of our past in addressing the challenges of the present.

Racial terror lynching was a tool used to enforce Jim Crow laws and racial segregation—a tactic for maintaining racial control by victimizing the entire African American community, not merely punishment of an alleged perpetrator for a crime. Our research confirms that many victims of terror lynchings were murdered without being accused of any crime; they were killed for minor social transgressions or for demanding basic rights and fair treatment.

White Southern identity was grounded in a belief that whites are inherently superior to African Americans; following the war, whites reacted violently to the notion that they would now have to treat their former human property as equals and pay for their labor. In numerous recorded incidents, plantation owners attacked black people simply for claiming their freedom.

President Johnson, a Unionist former slaveholder from Tennessee, served as vice president during the Civil War and assumed the presidency after Lincoln’s assassination in April 1865. Though he initially promised to punish Southern “traitors,” Johnson issued 7000 pardons to secessionists by 1866.

He also rescinded orders granting black farmers tracts of land confiscated from Confederates. This greatly impeded formerly enslaved people’s ability to build their own farms because whites routinely refused to provide them credit, effectively barring black people from purchasing land without government assistance.

President Johnson also opposed black voting rights. During Reconstruction, whites of diverse political affiliations declared voting a “privilege” rather than a universal right, and even some whites who had opposed slavery were wary of measures that would lead to black voting in the North.14 Johnson believed black people were inherently servile and unintelligent; he feared they would vote as instructed by their former masters, reestablishing the power of the planter class and relegating poor white farmers to virtual slavery. Johnson made little effort to disguise his racist views.

    Hi there,

I saw your page smithbits.blogspot.com/2018/03/black-bodies-have-never-been-anything.html, and I wanted to thank you for supporting the Black community.

The events of last summer (BLM protests and COVID-19) saw many people rally to support Black-owned businesses. Sadly, since summer ended, people forgot to keep sharing and supporting these businesses.

I just found a new article with links to more than 150 Black-owned businesses. I was so happy to see that people still care about helping these companies thrive! The link is here: https://www.websiteplanet.com/blog/support-black-owned-businesses/

Black people are much more likely to be shot by police than their white peers

There are huge racial disparities in how US White Racist police use force against People of Color - Not going to be Victims and take it anymore - Enough Is Enough!

BLACK AND BROWN GUNS -- mobilization of Gangs, Family Members and others taking up Arms for the Battle for our Lives - We are in desperate times!

Niggas? Are you Scared of Revolution?

This product will be outlawed one day.  As of now, the average law abiding "citizen that can not or do not want the hassle" -- can have his or her own high powered military type firearm -- that you can build from a kit of your very own.
This is "the Gun."  It is called a Lower Receiver.  By making your very own. You avoid all of the hassles. However, you can go to an NRA GUN SHOW and get registered and buy theirs for $900 or make your very own receiver for as little as $72.

There is no checking, no registration, no taxes, no nothing.  After this posting -- the fight will be on to close ever outlet for these units.  Just like the Obama cellphone, health, good water, peace and happiness has gone away.  Only the bad people who whats to keep America Great are left hiding in the closets.

The question was - Where will you be -- when the Revolution Comes?  It's so sad to say -- The Revolution is Here!!

December 23, 1776. THESE are the times that try men's souls

WEST SACRAMENTO CA (IFS) -- As the National Police Force of the local governments that condom and harbor white racist cops, they have placed a "mark" upon their backs.  It's amazing that these racist cops really believe that when they have killed an unarmed Black person, and when they return to to their private lives -- they believe that they are invisible.

They really believe that by coming to work and putting on their black or blue uniforms, that they are immune to public condemnation from the families that they have help to destroy, and they really believe that they are loved by the communities as a whole.

Even the lowly house mouse, that is corned will fight back for its life.  What happened to that preservation from humans when these racist killers in a policeman's uniform continue to kill and destroy the American Dream.

What these police officers forget -- is that the friends, family and people of interest don't forget, and they know where you live.  The telephone, text messaging, database searches, and the like can lead anyone right up to your door step.

The Enemy of the People are those Racist White Police in every part of the United States that like killing people of color.  It's a big thrill ride for them.  The reality is that these blood thirsty racist cops, also build up real enemies. Their are more gang related members and people of color that are killed by police -- have merged into an "anti-police" force.

Police resentment has grown to overwhelming proportions.  Being in a police uniform is not the greatest job any more.  99% of all policemen are great.  It's the One (1%) percent that are really bad racist cops that need to be eliminated from the forces.

The anti-police force is very real.  They out number the real police nationwide by the millions. These are resilience and common everyday American Citizens that have been transformed by all the killings of their family, friends, co-workers, bystanders, etc.

The glory days of the police officer that use to be on a beat and walked the block, and everybody knew his or her name, and the community looked out for them.  Now these "faceless uniforms" drive by in a blur, and only jump out of their vehicles to draw their guns and kill people.

They shoot rapidly - not asking questions; just shooting.  It will not be too long that the Police will not have enough guns and bullets to stop the public.  There will not be enough police officers in the "Body Count" as the wrath of the people will began to rise up and attack.

The police have created their own demise -- with their own hands.  You live by the bullet -- you die by the bullet(s).  The police have created their own love and hate among the population, and they have had enough of all this.

Black people are much more likely to be shot by police than their white peers.

On March 18, two police officers in Sacramento, Calif., shot and killed 22-year-old Stephon Clark in the backyard of his grandparents’ home. It is not the first extrajudicial execution of a black man by police, and if there is no change soon, it likely won’t be the last. The nation is watching the aftermath of this shooting play out, and understandably, many of us have questions for both local and national government leaders as to what—if anything—will be done to prevent something like this from happening again.

On Wednesday, White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, aka Suckabee, was asked if the White House had any response to the public outcry for justice in the shootings of black men and women at the hands of police. Sanders said, “This is something that is a local matter, and that’s something that we feel should be left up to the local authorities at this point in time,” adding that the president is in full support of law enforcement officers.
It is incredibly troubling—but not at all surprising—that the president doesn’t find this issue important enough to address. Black bodies have never been anything more than utility for labor and abuse in this country.
We have always been seen as “less than.”
An analysis of the available FBI data by Vox's Dara Lind found that US police kill black people at disproportionate rates: Black people accounted for 31 percent of police killing victims in 2012, even though they made up just 13 percent of the US population.
Although the data is incomplete because it's based on voluntary reports from police agencies around the country, it highlights the vast disparities in how police use force.

253 AMERICAN CITIZENS have been shot and killed by police in 2018 - Louisiana - Where the Police is the Enemy and They practice "Genocide" on People of Color without Any Punishment - Gets Away with Another "Brick in the Wall"

WEST SACRAMENTO CA (IFS) --  I would rather be talking about Stormy Daniels, The Playboy Bunny and the president.  However, Looking at his picture from above, you would ask yourself, why does it take three fully armored cops to confront, a beautiful woman, with nothing, but a "note" in her hands, no weapons, no nothing, and the Police are SCARED of her?  What?

Why does the Police hate the ICE-T song of "COP KILLER".  Because it is a song about the police dressed as killers out to kill People of Color.  GOVERNMENT COP KILLERS - kill American Citizens. And What's their Motto?   "HE'S GOT A GUN."

The only real anti-police song is  "F**K THE POLICE" by NWA.

Because they are preaching the truth about the Killing Streets of America where the police is 95% of the killing force among AMERICANS, especially -- People of Color -- without anything punishment or very little, Again!

WE, THE PEOPLE, WHO ARE REAL AMERICANS, LET THIS ROT HAPPEN AND THE UNITED STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL, JEFF SESSIONS
    -- WILL DO NOTHING
    -- ABOUT IT. NOTHING!!

WE ARE NOT LIKE OUR JAPANESE BROTHERS AND SISTERS WHO WERE FORCED INTO CONCENTRATION CAMPS OF WWII BY GUNS IN THE HANDS OF LOCAL WHITE MEN, with their property being seized and their lives destroyed by a Myth as their young men gave their blood on foreign soil and were prisoners back at home.

    But, it was legal slavery in the prisons and jails of America, where 95% of the inmates are of color to continue "cheap labor";

WE ARE NOT LIKE OUR NATIVE BROTHERS AND SISTERS WHOM WE HELP TO MARCH ON THE TRAIL OF TEARS, WHERE THOUSANDS OF MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN WERE MARCHED TO THEIR DEATHS., WHO AFTER THE CIVIL WAR FOR OUR FREEDOM, BECAME THE KILLING FORCE AS "BUFFALO SOLDIERS" TO FORCE THE NATIVES FROM THEIR LANDS AND ENSLAVE THEM FOR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, and we too are punished by the deeds of our ancestors here in America -- as we too were never going to be equal, only economic tools for the rich and powerful.

    AMERICANS WHERE ARE YOUR GUNS?

THE POLICE ARE KILLING US AND WE DO. . .
    hands-up,
    on our knees,
    cellphones in our hands,
    cameras running,
    and NOTHING WE DO,
    makes any difference.
    THEY STILL KILL US.

    ' AND A CHILD SHALL LEAD THEM' - I HAVE A DREAM. . . ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

Back in the late 1960's The Last Poets recording of "When The Revolution Comes" is here with the advent of the Parkland High School Students.  It was a little to late for so many.  It was the same old problem -- "As long as it was in the Black Neighborhoods -- it was not a problem to me. . . "

Now, "The Problem" is in your schools and in your homes AMERICA.

    >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

If President Obama did any ONE of the things that this president has done, he would have been driven from the White House on Rails,Tarred and Feathered.

THERE REALLY IS TWO DIFFERENT LAWS IN AMERICA.

    ONE FOR WHITE PEOPLE.
    ONE FOR PEOPLE OF COLOR.
AND THEY KILL ALL OF THE WHITE PEOPLE
WHO IDENTIFY WITH PEOPLE OF COLOR.

SHAME ON US FOR BELIEVING IN THAT STUFF. . .  THAT JUSTICE IS BLIND?  RIGHT!!

The Second Amendment is only about the MILITIA, which is the State National Guards . . . to which one must be a member is good standing order and you must attend on a timely basis -- practice, drills, updates of services to the Governor.  The NRA was screaming that President was going to take away your Guns.

President Trump is really going to take away your guns for real. He will implement "taking your fire-arms first, and then you have to prove that you need them, second." No Due Process!

Living and dying in Louisiana by American-Africans has been a way of life for over 200 years.  If you get pull over by the police these days -- it's a 99.9% chance, that you are going to die at the hands of the police, if you are a person of color, because they are "scared" of you and the police gets away with it time and time again.  And the police do -- with their "Jim Crow" laws and the uniform of hatred.

The police are known as killers of people of color, and they always yell -- "HE'S GOT A GUN" -- so they must place a weapon or something near the body and in the vehicle to prove their lies.

BLACK AMERICA -- WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO SAY "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH?"  WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO SAY "NEVER AGAIN?"  WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO START EXTINGUISHING THIS ROT FROM OUR LIVES?

All politics is local.  Forget what is happening at the White House.  Forget what's happening at the State house.  Reform starts very local -- at the School Boards, the local Mayor and Police station, then your local representatives and up the chain.  You have to use your voice to kill off these bad people and take their guns away from them.

As a person of color, I swore that I was not going to be placed into the same situation as the Jews in Nazi Germany and Poland.  I swore, that I as a black man would never be placed into that situation as "they were".  But what I  am finding out in these peerless times, is that the Bible, Laws and Order were written for BLACK PEOPLE, and the white people gets a "free" pass every time.  However, we are the ones, who are killed for "walking, driving, or on the cellphone, which is always "He's Got A Gun".  The Police always yell -- "HE'S GOT A GUN" and no gun is there, only the one that the police "plant" on the person.

Your life has to have a meaning -- you just can not die for nothing.  WHEN THE RACIST COPS COME FOR YOU-- Make sure that you have a gun and ready to go down with it, because you are going to die anyway without one.  If the police is that scared -- then they really will be scared and you will have a gun for them, where the survivors of these "incidents" will really have a gun, and their deaths will not be in vain.

THERE ARE TIMES, ONE MUST FIGHT FIRE WITH FIRE. . . These are the times.  Your life means nothing to these crazy people.   NOTHING!  They don't give a dam about you, and why should you give a dam about them?

Law and Order?  Means nothing when it comes to Black Lives.  It's been a "white thing" from the start, and these Cop Killers  -- Kill only people of color and are in Cop Uniforms, their disguise, and kill in the name of the law.  When are We going to sick and tired of these killings, and nothing is done about it?

We are like caged animals that the police love to kill without any consequences.  I am not a friend of the NRA, but at times, somebody must call it a wash, and arm yourself to the teeth.

The Police is practicing "Genocide" on people of color.  Statistics don't lie.  They prove it time and time again.  One can not respect a person that's going to kill you in the end without any reasonable "cause".

I keep writing and talking about the same things, year after year -- that my voice is muted by the tragic deaths in city after city, town after town, state after state -- and nothing is done about it.  People of color  -- you are just chickens in the coupe waiting you day to be slaughtered at the hands of racists and under schooled cops that like killing.

American Blacks are the single most targeted group of people on the planet by white racist police in that state.  It all started with the enforcement of the "Jim Crow" laws that the police encouraged and implemented.  When is American Black going to change the system?

When are American Blacks going to start arming themselves, as we are just like "ducks" in a shooting pond that White Police Officers use us for target practice and no one does anything about it.  These racist Louisiana people do not like us, and forget it, they will never be on your side.  Never!  They are "Punk Ass Bitches" that need to be reduced in numbers and eliminated from the streets of America.  How many more tears and how many more American Blacks must die before "We Get It?"

We are going to down from police bullets -- that's a fact.  The other fact is, are you just going to stay there waiting to be selected for the next "sacrifice" at the hands of the police.

Yes -- this writer said it and as so many times before that columns, radio shows and stories over the pass years, just fall on deaf ears, and in the case of Ieshia Evans, hero, photgraphed above -- graciously makes a stand for each and everyone of us.

I know that this writer "Rant and Raves" about people of color.  However, these means all of us AMERICANS FIRST that obey the laws, and the police still finds away to take lives without justification, just because they have on a police uniform that makes them the judge, jury and executioner, especially for people of color, and many other people too. -KHS

Sterling’s death in July 2016 came at a fraught moment of racial tumult nationwide amid shootings by and of police officers. A day after Sterling’s death prompted outrage and protests, an officer in Minnesota shot and killed Philando Castile, a school cafeteria worker, during a traffic stop, the aftermath of which was streamed live on Facebook. That same week, five police officers in Dallas were gunned down by a black man upset at police, and just days later, another gunman killed three officers in Baton Rouge.

After the Justice Department said in May 2017 it would not pursue charges, Landry said he would launch a state probe into the shooting. His office took over a state investigation into whether the officers would face criminal charges after Hillar C. Moore III, the prosecutor for East Baton Rouge, recused himself from the investigation because he had a prior relationship with Salamoni’s parents, both of whom worked with the Baton Rouge police.

Before killing Alton Sterling, Baton Rouge police had a history of brutality complaints

Alton Sterling was selling CDs outside a Baton Rouge convenience store early Tuesday morning when the police responded to a 911 call that Sterling had threatened the 911 caller with a gun. That's sufficient reason for the police to come to the scene, but - just in case this needs to be said - that's not sufficient reason for the police to kill him.

The Baton Rouge Police Department - like so many other departments across the country - is notorious for its brutal treatment of black people.  And the confrontation that ensued between Sterling and Officers Blane Salamoni and Howie Lake II should be discussed within its proper context.  The Baton Rouge Police Department has a history of brutality against black people.

Many law enforcement officials came to Louisiana immediately after Hurricane Katrina to provide reinforcements, and one state trooper from Michigan said Baton Rouge police attempted to thank him for his help by letting him "beat down" a prisoner.  A trooper from New Mexico wrote a letter to the Baton Rouge police expressing the concerns of seven New Mexico troopers and five Michigan troopers that Baton Rouge police  were engaging in racially motivated enforcement, that they were physically abusing prisoners and the public and that they were stopping, questioning and searching people without any legal justification.

    Fatal Force

    253
    AMERICAN CITIZENS
    have been shot and killed
    by police in 2018

    About this story

The Washington database contains records of every fatal shooting in the United States by a police officer in the line of duty since Jan. 1, 2015.

In 2015, The Post began tracking more than a dozen details about each killing — including the race of the deceased, the circumstances of the shooting, whether the person was armed and whether the person was experiencing a mental-health crisis — by culling local news reports, law enforcement websites and social media, and by monitoring independent databases such as Killed by Police and Fatal Encounters. The Post conducted additional reporting in many cases.

The Post is documenting only those shootings in which a police officer, in the line of duty, shoots and kills a civilian — the circumstances that most closely parallel the 2014 killing of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., which began the protest movement culminating in Black Lives Matter and an increased focus on police accountability nationwide. The Post is not tracking deaths of people in police custody, fatal shootings by off-duty officers or non-shooting deaths.

The FBI and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention log fatal shootings by police, but officials acknowledge that their data is incomplete. Since 2015, The Post has documented more than twice as many fatal shootings by police as recorded on average annually.

The Post’s database is updated regularly as fatal shootings are reported and as facts emerge about individual cases. The Post seeks to make the database as comprehensive as possible. To provide information about fatal police shootings since Jan. 1, 2015, send us an email at policeshootingsfeedback@washpost.com.
